IT'S OFFICIAL!
WE ADOPTED A RIVER!!
Look at the proof of our sign that is to come!

The St. Jones River in Dover Delaware was used on the Underground Railroad to transport freedom seekers to the North. The mile we adopted begins at the Hunn House, an Underground Station that was formerly owned by Quaker Conductor John Hunn. Additionally, this same mile holds the story of Hunntown, an antebellum FREE Black community. What an honor!
