Breathe and Tour on the Underground

Journey into one of Delaware's Underground Railroad Stations, located on the Harriet Tubman Byway. Time travel as you enter the space where many freedom seekers were secreted on the pathway to freedom. Join us afterwards for guided breathing, meditation and affirmations that speak directly to the trauma experiences associated with African American history. All are welcome to this FREE event.
